Chatmohar Shahi Mosque dates from the late 16th century, the era of the Bengal Baro-Bhuiyans, and is attributed to Masum Khan Kabuli. Its thick brick walls and three domes have been restored and it is still used for prayers. Chatmohar itself sits on the southern edge of Chalan Beel, so the trip can be combined with the wetland in the rainy season. Few outside visitors come here.
