The childhood home of Bengali cinema's great star, now open as a small memorial.
Suchitra Sen, one of the most celebrated actresses of Bengali cinema, was born in 1931 and spent her early years in this house on Hemsagar Lane. After a long legal dispute the district administration took it over, and it was opened to visitors in 2017. Photographs and memorabilia recall her life and films. Fans of classic Bengali cinema will find it a touching stop.

In central Pabna on Hemsagar Lane; rickshaw drivers know it as Suchitra Sen's house.
