Tiler khaja is Kushtia's signature sweet, made by pulling and folding boiled sugar into airy layers and coating it in sesame seeds. Locals say it dates back over a century, and family workshops still make it by hand. It is light, crisp and not too sweet. Packed in small boxes, it is the classic souvenir from Kushtia.
