Langcha is a fried, elongated sweet made from chhana and flour, cooked until dark brown and then dipped in syrup. In Kaliganj it is the sweet everyone names first, and the popular shops sell hundreds of kilograms a day. Inside it is soft and juicy, outside slightly firm. Buy early in the day.
