About 800 metres west of the Sixty Dome Mosque, on the west side of the large Ghora Dighi pond, stands the Bibi Begni Mosque. Local tradition says it is named after Bibi Begni, believed to have been Khan Jahan Ali's wife. It is a big square room under one dome, with walls about three metres thick, three mihrabs in the west wall and round corner towers banded with brick mouldings. It sits in the Chunakhola area, so you can walk on through the fields to the Chunakhola Mosque.

How to get there

From the Sixty Dome Mosque walk or take a van about 800 m west to Ghora Dighi; the mosque is on its west bank.
