Hatirpul, the 'elephant bridge', is an old brick bridge in Sarail, linked in local tradition with the dewans of Sarail who kept elephants. It is weathered and modest, but it is one of the few surviving structures from that period in the area. It pairs easily with a visit to Arifail mosque.
How to get there
In Sarail upazila; local rickshaw drivers know it.
Good to know
Treat the structure gently and do not climb on it.
