Pagla Mosque

Pagla Mosque stands on the Narasunda river in Kishoreganj town. Its fame comes from the belief that wishes made here are granted, so people of many faiths leave cash, gold and even livestock in its donation boxes. When the boxes are opened every few months, counting the money makes national news. It is worth a short stop to see the crowds and the riverside setting.
