Nayabad Mosque stands in a village not far from Kantajew Temple and dates from the late 18th century. Local tradition says it was built for Muslim artisans who came to work on the temple. The small brick mosque has three domes and terracotta panels on its facade, many worn but still graceful. It is easy to combine with Kantajew, yet few visitors make the detour.
